At 9:49 AM Central we noticed increased latency across Banno Content sites. At 9:52 AM Central this issue was resolved.

Banno CMS Downtime Resolved

A recent update caused an issue with Banno Web services culminating in services being unavailable from 9:54 AM Central to 10:05 AM Central. Services have been fully restored.

Brief Latency Resolved

At 11:27 AM we noticed increased latency across all Banno sites and services. The root cause of this has been identified and our team is working to resolve this class of problem at its root.

Our team has declared this incident resolved as of 12:15 PM.

Brief Network Outage Resolved

At 12:19 PM Banno Sites and Services experienced a brief outage while an upstream network provider failed over to a different network path.

Update 12:55 PM: Our networking teams are looking in to why some geographic locations cannot access Banno Sites and Services.

Update 1:21 PM: Full access to Banno Sites and Services has been restored.

Planned Maintenance Window Resolved

On January 27, 2016 at 11:59 PM Central, Banno will be conducting maintenance. This may cause Banno CMS sites to experience latency for a brief period. This maintenance window will be concluded by 1AM Central. This post will be updated if any issues arise.

Banno Mobile Admin is currently experiencing degraded service. All teams are engaged in resolving this issue. This issue was resolve as of 6:57 PM.

Network Latency Resolved

At 5:34 PM Central Time, Banno sites and services experienced increased latency. This issue was resolved by 5:42 PM Central Time.

Networking Issues Resolved

Starting around 5:15 AM CST, connectivity from some customers to Banno sites and resources may have been interrupted. This was resolved around 5:30 AM CST.

Mobile Bill Pay Resolved

Bill Pay services on Mobile are currently unavailable. We are working our partners to resolve this issue and will update periodically.

Jack Henry has been notified that the service we use for sending emails in our products is experiencing downtime, currently. We will keep this post updated until it is resolved. Applications across the Banno Platform are affected by this outage.

Elevated error rates when loading transactions Resolved

Some users may have experienced long load times or failures attempting to load transactions. Our team has found the problem and are implementing the solution. Most transactions should load at this time. Any remaining failures will be resolved shortly.

Brief Network Interruption Resolved

Around 8:30 AM Banno’s network connectivity experienced a brief outage. During this outage, some users may have been unable to load websites. This issue resolved on its own.

Data Center Network Latency Resolved

Banno is experiencing issues with network connectivity in our Cedar Falls datacenter. Engineers are engaged in fixing the issue. More information will be provided when available.

Update 7:00 AM: We are currently experiencing connectivity issues resulting from excessive traffic. All technical teams are engaged, and updates will be provided as information becomes available.

Update 7:50 AM: At present time, our network connectivity is stable. We will continue to update should conditions change

Network Latency Resolved

We have are currently experiencing increased latency on some network requests into and out of our Cedar Falls data center. All techincal teams are engaged and updates will be proivded when more information is available.

Network Connectivity Issues Resolved

At 11:05 AM Banno started experiencing issues with network connectivity in our Cedar Falls datacenter. We will continute to update this post.

Update - 12:00 PM: We are in contact with our network engineers as well as our datacenter and network provider’s engineers to mitigate this issue.

Update - 12:54 PM: We are currently experiencing connectivity issues resulting from excessive traffic. All technical teams are engaged, and updates will be provided as information becomes available.

Update - 1:40 PM: Over the past hour we’ve observed a continued reduction in the traffic volumes which have been impacting our internet delivered services. Our technical teams are continuing to work with our telecommunications providers, and all parties are actively monitoring the performance of our connections. We will continue to provide updates if conditions change.

Intermittent Connectivity Issues Resolved

This morning a misconfiguration of our load balancer was discovered under high load. This may have caused latency and in some cases sites to be unavailable for a short period of time. As soon as the problem was discovered, an emergency fix was deployed to resolve.
