Banno Mobile Services: We are currently experiencing issues with the use of the call feature within the app. Because of this, it is currently disabled. All teams are engaged to resolve as quickly as possible.

Banno Networking Latency Resolved

We’re currently experiencing issues with our Banno services. All teams are engaged and we will update this status regularly.

Update 2:38 PM Central Time: Issues with Banno Mobile has been resolved. We are continuting to investigate and fix remaining issues.

Update 3:09 PM Central Time: Issues with Banno services are being worked on by our top engineers. The issues appear to be subsiding short of some latency with Banno Content sites. Expect an email following up with this incident.

Update 3:38 PM Central Time: Issues with Banno Services have been resolved at this time.

Data Center Network Latency Resolved

Banno is experiencing issues with our internal network connectivity.

Update 3:19 PM - We are continuing to investigate and will provide updates.

Update 4:06 PM - Engineers are actively working with our network hardware vendor to identify the root of the issue.

Update 4:40 PM - We’ve resolved the internal networking issues and will continue to monitor.
